Breakfast buffet is great. Water kinda dirty (obviously). Food is great, drinks are great & for the most part let’s try to speak Spanish!
The room was clean and beautiful! I would stay there again! I was upgraded to a suite because they were out of one bed rooms. It was nice! View to the city!
Staff was super sweet and helpful, always greeted me with a good morning, good afternoon. This hotel had a great security at the very entrance, amazing view! I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
The staff was amazing and so helpful! The only thing that was misleading is the “arcade” room, but I believe that’s on Expedia not the hotel itself. I’d definitely stay here again!
Very nice property but it didn't have elevator access. Also the Food could be better but overall it's a good value.

The property was very well kept and the overall view very romantic. The room had a rustic style and our balcony very nice sight to the city. However the hotel had few roaches and that took some of the satisfaction away. Pool side was very nice and the seating areas too!

The hotel is situated on a hilltop overlooking the Greater Guadalajara area. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The hotel appears to not have been renovated in quite some time and is a bit "rustic". The staff here was quite attentive to our needs, especially the restaurant staff. I should note that due to the secluded nature of the hotel, you are pretty much dependent on the restaurant for your dining. The food prices are reasonable. The pool is large and was clean, however it does need maintenance as there are many missing tiles. All in all, what the property lacks is terms of being in tip-top shape is offset by the peacefulness and outstanding service. Keep in mind, the cost per night here is at least 20% less than what you will pay for a Motel 6 in the US. If you enjoy peace and quiet, this is a good choice. It is approximately 6 or 7 miles from the city center. We Ubered when we went to see the city. Uber rides are very reasonable in Guadalajara, about $5 - $7 USD per ride. Taxis are the only transportation allowed into the airport. A taxi ride to and from the airport was approximately $22 USD ($400 MXN). We were in Guadalajara for one week for a wedding and our trip was great! The people were friendly, helpful, and we felt safe the entire time.

The views were really nice, the area is green giving it a forest like feel and it was quiet. The room was hard to get to, the hotel rooms are spread out thoughtout the property that had condos and private homes in between. Signs are hard to read and you can easily get lost, especially at night. The property is not walkable due to the many hills and how spread out the rooms are. If you book a room in the back of the property, good luck getting there without a car, since it might be a few blocks away all up hill from the reception area. The accessibility is terrible, the few ADA ramps avaliable did not go through all the way to the rooms and were poorly constructed. It felt very unsafe if you use an assistive devise for ambulation. There were no elevators that I could see. If you have mobility issues or are carrying large luggage this is not the place for you. Too many steep stairs to get to your room. The rooms were ample but aging and many things were either not working or in disrepair. One of closet doors did not work, the door was stuck. Even the staff delivering room service couldn't open it. The bathroom door was hanging on for dear life. The door was falling apart due to possibility too much moisture or termites. The towels provided were a dingy white, some were frayed and hard. I might sound spoiled but they felt more like rags I would use to wash my car instead of hotel room towels. Overall the stay was ok, I would probably come back but it wouldn't be my first choice.
The property was nice. Not much to do on property. For most things. You have to go offsite. The rooms amenities were OK. The property itself is nice good view to the city.
