We had added an additional day to our stay a few days prior, but unfortunately, they had not updated their records. When we tried to check in, the staff kept typing on the computer, talking about us under their breath, and then looking back up at us. It was very rude, especially after a very long day of travel. "Fantastic and comfortable stay. Humble House is in a great location with shopping and dining right outside your door. Area is near Taipei 101 and all the shopping malls and tons of food options. Two metro lines within a few blocks and only a few stops to the Taipei Main station. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. "
