The room are clean and looks very new. The hotel staffs are friendly and nice. They will answer all your question whenever they could. I asked them for direction for a particular shop that I need to go and where can I get some goodies back to my country, even they do not know, they will help you research and even print out he map and direction for you. Their service is excellent!

We landed in Taipei at around 8:30pm, and ended up at the nearest station, XImen Station, at maybe like 11:30pm. We were worried that they wouldn't let us check in after midnight, so we were kind of in a hurry to get there. We showed up at about 11:45pm, and the staff was completely nice and understanding.
One of the staff has pretty good English, and the rest seemed to be good enough to get by (better than some of the other locals, but not great). They always greeted me with a smile, and were very friendly.
The room was larger than I was expecting. Our bed was basically two twin beds pushed together. The room certainly felt a lot cleaner than the town around us. Sometimes the shower drain was a little slow, but sometimes it wasn't... I'm not sure what makes the difference.
When we checked out, we asked them to have a taxi to the airport ready for us. Since we don't speak Chinese, they got a taxi all lined up for us, and had the fare already figured out, NT$1200.
It's very convenient, close to the train station. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. We can go shopping at anytime in Ximending. The next station is taipei station. It is convenient to go anywhere for transportation. The hotel staff are very friendly and the room is very clean although it is not very big.
The hotel concept is very unique, however exterior is more beautiful than interior. But the interior isn't that bad, carpet flooring. Decent shower room with toilet. Able to view television even in toilet! It has a transparent wall!
Sometimes called the Harajuku of Taipei, this fashion and shopping area in the northern part of Wanhua District has a thriving Japanese subculture. Closed to cars, its busy pedestrian avenues bustle with the intensity of Times Square. Ximending's many clubs draw young people from around the city and contain a lively LGBT community. Mengjia Longshan Temple is a 20 minute walk to the south.
