We travelled as a group of 3 - we all like the good location and amenities (walkable to the metro train, good gym facilities, good size of swimming pool and with washing machine+ dryer). We didnt get to try the onsen this round and will definitely return if there is a chance in the future! Just a small suggestion is to have clear instructions or indications on the room lighting. Pleasant stay overall!

Great and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Loved the pool. If I had to complain, we learned most the beds in Taiwan are hard as a rock so this was a shock at first as this was the first place we stayed.

All staff are cheerful, courteous and very helpful. My husband lost his wallet in the taxi, staff at reception were extremely helpful in reporting to the police, finding out the taxi company and relocating the driver. We were informed of the return of the wallet in a few hour. Very efficient indeed. Amenities like free snacks and drinks are replenished everyday. Generous portion too. Room is spacious for 3 beds. Very happy with our stay.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities! Staff were very helpful. The pool, sauna, gym and all that stuff was great. Only downside is it’s a 10+ minute walk from the nearest MRT station so if you want easy MRT access it’s not the best.

Amazing Hotel I can only recommend this place The breakfast was amazing, the room was perfect and it had everything I needed It was big, clean and the bathroom was exceptional I asked for a room with a view on Taipei 101 and it was exactly as I asked for! I also needed an iron, they have also provided me with that. The personnel was also really nice If I ever come back I wanna go here again, just to have that experience again.

There was always so many staff ready to help. The rooms were excellent as were the amenities. The only thing I didn’t like the limited dinner options in the hotel and no available room service. I am sure the meals at fantastic but I was travelling with two 14 year old boys. So after long hot days sightseeing, sitting down for a high end steak was not really what we wanted.

Very spacious room. I was surprised when we checked and told breakfast was included. This is very good deal. Not as close to transit stations; however hotel has shuttle bus. Or even better you can uber. Uber is a lot cheaper in Taiwan comparing to Japan or US.
