Moualooakil for helping me print my tour bus tickets Thursday night. We had trouble printing and he was very kind to print from his phone number for me. He went above and beyond fo make it happen. "First, the staff was amazing and very very friendly. If you needed help, they were extremely quick in responding. That was the best part of the stay. The bfast was ok tasting. As for the rest, the hotel and especially the rooms needs an upgrade. There wasn’t one piece of furniture in the room that wasn’t visibly distressed. "
