The room was typical of what a North American or European traveller would expect. Clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast was only pastries. We skipped it. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed in a suite which was basically a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Super comfortable for 4 of us. Not only the suite/ apartment was clean but the entire hotel. Centrally located to the mall, next to Tanger Ville, Taxis and the Corniche. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay, one minor AC hiccup quickly resolved We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Tanger. The location next to the train station was fantastic, and the suite itself was extremely spacious with amazing views from the living room. The kitchen staff were super helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the team overall were great throughout our stay. The one issue we ran into was the air conditioning switching off automatically every few minutes in our room. We reported it to the front desk the first night, but it wasn't resolved in time, so we ended up sleeping without AC that night. We raised it again the next morning and were offered a choice between a room change or a technician visit while we were out for the day — we opted for the technician, and the issue was fully fixed by the time we returned. The second night was completely comfortable. Really appreciated how the team responded once we followed up again — the fix worked perfectly, and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Great location

We stayed for nights during Ramadan. Location was excellent, near the train station, mall, bus depot and waterfront. We even had a hop on hop off stop right next to the hotel.

Comfortable and convenience hotel

We have stayed for 2 nights, it’s a bit far to medina but just next to train station, and about 20 mins walk to restaurants. It’s quite convenience and definitely will book the same group hotel next time.

We loved this place! It was so clean and modern and very reasonable price. Rooms had washing machine, full functional kitchen and living room with a nice size bedroom and bathroom. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Best part is that it’s located right near the train and the beach and a ton of walkable restaurants and cafes.
