"Excellent location from Montreux train station. The room is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I booked the privilege room, it offers wonderful lake view, a huge plus if you are on the higher floor! Also, all drinks in the mini bar are complimentary, staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend!"

"The view of the lake was to die for. The room as well as the whole hotel was recently renovated and had all the amenities one needs. However the room can get quite hot so wear just a tshirt when you go to bed. Finally kindly notice that there is no reception operating after 11:00 pm, so make sure that you know how to collect your room keys from the safety boxes at the entrance after 11:00 pm."

"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were...

"Don't get me wrong this place was nice and it was a very unique experience, but I wouldn't say it is a "luxury hotel". The views were nice, the staff were really friendly, the pods are cool, and the food was great, but I can name a number of things that could do with improvement and that don't make this place what I would call luxurious: - The pods are a 15min walk from reception all uphill and they don't offer any other means to get you there. - There aren't any formal pathways, just mud...
