I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were always clean and there is a cosy cave area next to the bar. I honestly have to say it’s was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Firstly the rooms a spacious and comfortable and everyday our room was cleaned and we had fresh bottles of water. Secondly the breakfast was delicious. Thirdly the hotel manager and his wife were very helpful and kind. In the day of my birthday myself me my partner went out for a meal and when we came back my room was decorated I was so happy I will never forget this experience.. Overall the staff was excellent oh and the lady that I booked at the hotel for a massage she was brilliant. My favourite was the sauna was we had our own privacy. Lovely room with good amenities, excellent bathroom and the most stunning views from room balcony (not the largest but fine for 2 people). I was here in the summer and it was hot! My room did not have aircon but maybe that isn't usually a requirement in a Swiss ski resort. I had breakfast each morning and the food was also good with plenty of choice. The handmade granola was the best! I also ate in the hotel's adjoining restaurant, where the food and service were both excellent.
