Lovely hotel located right on the shore of Lake Geneva. Less than 5Mins walk from Train Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use again in visiting in the future.

We stayed in one of the panoramic rooms -only way to do it. Incredible views. Rooms are clean, need a little pain touch up but otherwise great. We had a little balcony that was nice for sitting/relaxing. 24hr coffee/treat area was super cute and convenient. Location was great for exploring and train station. Spa was small but nice. The sauna doesn't get super hot and the steam room is crazy hot but otherwise it was nice to have them. Would def come back for nicer weather as they had a lot of outdoor spaces and outdoor bar that looked fun.

What stood out most was the breathtaking lakefront location and the stunning views of Lake Geneva. Waking up to the water and mountains right outside the balcony was unforgettable. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxed yet refined.

You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Incredible Service – A Business Traveler's Dream! After a grueling business travel day arriving after 8:00 p.m., the team at Mona Hotel Montreux completely turned my mood around. I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. If you want a stay where you feel truly welcomed and valued, this is the place. Kudos to the team for a memorable stay!

Our room was clean with a view of the lake! It was spacious enough for three people to comfortably move around. There was complimentary water, juice and beer in the fridge. The staff was friendly, the food was very good The hotel’s location to the Christmas market and train station was ideal!

Big room! Great views. Bathroom a little dated and the water from the shower was constantly cycling from hot to cold, so be careful especially with children. Tea & Coffee station with popcorn and sweets in reception was terrific. Lovely staff. Recommend a stay here.

The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili).

Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The room was light, clean, had drinks and toiletries! Had a great sleep apart from people screaming on the street. The free coffee and sweets were a great touch and when we left they provided bottled water. I wish i had time for the sauna and steam! Across the road from Montreux train station and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Free local travel with the riveria card too! Cannot fault this hotel. Would reccomend to all x
