"Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. "

"Definitely worth another visit for longer next time to make use of all the facilities in and around the hotel. Loved the striped carpet and wallpaper decor - such fun. Best network of paths and parkland to explore I’ve seen yet. Staff helpful and informative. Excellent all round. "

"I really loved the Red Lion, the whole place is truly well kept, the furniture and the decorations including the lovely framed prints are all amazing and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and cosy. My room was very clean and reasonably spacious. I could not recommend the Red Lion more watmly. Very happy customer. Many thanks to the corteous staff too!"

"This was a one night stay we had the deluxe room this was on the second floor with two flights of stairs the second set being quite steep which my wife found a bit difficult to climb room was clean but could do with a freshen up and the window cleaned "

"The gentleman at reception was far from helpful, when checking in he pointed through the restaurant to tell us our room was through there. No offer to help with luggage or facilities. When asked if we could park in the onsite carpark we were just told there was no space and to go to podium (no instructions where it was or how to get there). The hotel and room itself was nice but the room was unbearably cold, myself and my husband both had to wear jumpers to bed. The duvet was so thin which did...
