"This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic hotel with a large clean room, comfy bed, kettle and excellent shower. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. There were a couple of things which were distracting. My room, 205, overlooked the reception/lobby which was very loud, even throughout the night. There was net but no curtain on one of the windows and a glass fronted fridge, so the light from both made it difficult to get to sleep . It was still a great hotel, and if you like to walk it's about 90 mins to the...

"Outstanding hotel and good staff "

"My check-in didn't happen. I was told there were no available rooms and sent to another (substandard) hotel. Next days I was told my six-day reservation didn't exist. Found later. Management was approved by email a few times for compensation for this kind of treatment but didn't even bother to reply. The hotel itself had many issues... "

"Front desk people were polite and smiled. Bathroom was tiny. The supplies were cheap. The free breakfast was disappointing. I had expected at least some staff to speak english- turns out not many people in Baku care about the language. The check in was supposed to be 24 hours but I was told the room was not ready. The smiling staff directed me to the free breakfast. That the saving grace of this place"
