"The lady on reception on Sunday evening was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She is an example of what a receptionist should be like. Everything else was fine. It was good to be able to have something to eat and drink when we arrived - as you mention on your website."

"Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit."

The room was large and beautifully decorated, the bed was huge and comfortable. We were in the very top of the hotel in room 12 with the low door to enter and we loved it. We also had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and couldn’t fault it. We were up and out early the next day but had time for a quick cooked breakfast to set us up for the day.
