"Used this hotel for an event near the hotel. Its overlooks the coast and a few minutes walk to town. Cant fault the staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable. The breakfast was really nice and the restaurant served evening meals if you wanted to eat in. Down side, yes sorry.... heating was on constantly , so windows were open all day and night as the thermostate on one of the radiators by the bed didnt work so we were unable to turn that radiator off. I think...

"The Cliff Hotel is beautiful. Although it is an old building it has been tastefully modernised. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a sea view which added to our stay. The Hotel has a lovely area outside at the back where you can grab a coffee, some lunch or a cocktail whilst sitting in the sun and watch the sea. Fully recommend."

"Great view of the boats on the broad which the hotel is right beside. Great welcome, clean and comfortable bedroom and huge bathroom with a lovely shower. "Difficult to decide what would raise this from a 3 star to 4 star hotel apart from larger rooms, bathrooms, TV screen & extra furniture because everyhthing in the hotel was beyond what we expected. Good choice in menu (although fresh filter coffee rather than the machine Americano would have been preferable), well prepared & the portions generous. We expect to go back on another occasion. "

"So glad my friend and I booked a room at Revado for a few nights in Norwich! It is so conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station, with plenty of bus stops if you don't walk to city center. "The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really."
