"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"Nice stay overall. Need for improvement in the pool as there are very few places to sit in comfort. The elevators are horrible especially near checkout time. The elevator passed our floor several times and stopped for people going up. We were advised to join the up elevator as it would be faster. The unit was nice but we were on the highway side which was traffic noisy and the person above us had lead feet and stomped around all hours in the night and early morning. "

"I booked this property on behalf of a friend. When we checked in, the ID didn't work, we had problems entering the main door and using the lift. The studio was good size, that's why we booked it. To our horror, there were 2 aircons and only 1 is working, apparently PLUSH is aware and told us to turn on the fan!! The cooking area was dirty, though we have no plans to use it, it was uncomfortable just looking at the oil streaks on the hood. To make things worst, the service level was...
