My husband and I stayed here with an 18 month old in the studio apartment and had a great time, the room was nice, clean and had all the basics. Being a studio it was small, but that was expected. It's not as fancy as other hotels, but was a young, funky type of place with loads of expats. The kitchen area turns into a bar at night but it's not really suitable to families.
The hotel is very clean and modern. The facilities are nice including the laundry, gym, loft and the sky pool (which is amazing at night)! The room was comfortable. I would have liked two bedside tables and reading lights at night and maybe better living room furniture. The bathroom was excellent with a lot of space and a nice shower and bath with hot water and good pressure. We loved our stay.

Good location and room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my in room massage and room service.
Buffet breakfast was ok. Pool was nice, but always playing loud music, so hard to relax or read.
Just a note if you are booking an executive room, there are no longer views of KL towers as per pictures due to new buildings.

Located opposite Sungei Wang and a short walk to: The Pavilion, Times Square, Lot 10, Low Yat Plaza, Starhill Gallery, Fahrenheit and more. It s also close to monorail station. We stayed in Orchid Club room with access Orchid Club facilities including 2 free pieces of laundry per day, all day free drinks in Orchid Lounge plus food from 12noon to 5pm and 6 to 7:30pm. Our room was well furnished though the carpet was a little tired. We have stayed here many times in the past and will continue to stay here when visiting KL.
Still so new some taxi drivers did not know where it was until you produced the business card with map. A great place to stay, pool was tops.
Easy walking to food, markets, and ritzy area.
Staff were very helpfull sorting requests and very good at returning information to you.
Breakfast was excellent, they don't have a restaurant yet.
We would definitely stay there again.
At $50 U.S. a night don't expect more than 3 stars which is what this hotel is...arguably 2 stars. Clean large room though .Front desk staff were pleasant. Stayed in room 3019 which had a window view of an alley and apartment building with lots of clothes hanging to dry. If I knew this I wouldn't have paid the extra $6 for a room with a window. TV showed less than 10 channels.
