“Excellent Experience”

The Hotel was well maintained and too good. My wife and myself enjoyed the stay. Location of the hotel is very central. Its very near to the KLCC station and opposite Twin Towers. Also a good 24 hour resturaunt "Nasi Kandar Pelita" was just opposite Corus, 2 min walk. We used to enjoy till 2 in the morning as there was a band performing in the night at the hotel bar. All in all a good package. We recommend Corus & plan to stay when we visit KL again.

“Perfect Hotel”

The hotel is really good. We arrived at 9 am and although we had a booking from 2pm onwards for 5 days they let us check in early. Very helpful staff and must say they did everything to make our stay comfortable alhtough the hotel looks and feels a bit old everything worked perfectly and would surely recommend this hotel for stay with families and young children

I found location of hotel very good... almost next to twin tower...what else you want.... KLCC shopping centre was walking distance.... good cheap Indian was in fornt of hotel

“Thanks to the great lady who checked us in”

Hi, A very pleasant experience to check in and then to be told that we had been upgraded to suite room 833. Well done Hotel Corus. A very generous sized suite with all the extras. For a first time visit to KL by a couple of retired folk from New Zealand the location was excellent. Thanks again and hopefully we will be back, even if it is just to escape the earthquakes in or home town!

Only a one night stay did not have much time to see other than the immediate area around the towers.

“Good value for money, great location, but expect cold and non-friendly staff”

The hotel has an amazing location, right in front of the Twin Towers and the shopping district, with easy access to rest of the city. It is also great value for money, and the restaurants are not bad either - they have live music during the week, and a good selection of cuisines. The only drawback is the staff, which is not the most efficient and friendly one. I have stayed here two times and had the same experience. They are not unfriendly, but don't expect the "going out of the way to help you" attitude from them. If you can deal with that, it's a great place to put up for the night.

“Not impressed.”

Air-conditioner was not working. Room was very stuffy. Toilet flush was almost overflowing and sometimes water from the bowl would actually touch the toilet seat. Hotel was old and not worth the price at all. Location was very good and we enjoyed the 24 hour Pelita Nasi Kandar (Indian rice) restaurant across the street.

“Nice location but a bit old”

the hotel was clean, neat and the location is superb. Close to KLCC and train station. One downside is the hotel is old. I had no problem with anything at all in the hotel but my partner complained of old carpet stench. One thing that i didn't feel comfortable about was the receptionist recorded down the details i.e. expiry date and CVC code of my credit card. Upon inquiry with the manager there i was told that it's their standard procedure. Somehow i felt this is still improper as this will lead to security breach of my credit card.

“Ed”

Reception was not helpfull one bit. they did not have the room i reserved and gave a lesser quality room instead and nothing to compensate for it. They provided no information and were less than eager to assist in any requests I made

“Will stay there again”

Excellent Hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Stayed there on 4 October for 3 nights with My mother and daughter. They provided us with a roller bed for the third gues which was very comfortable as the normal bed. Breakfast was yummy. It was only a 5 minute walk to Twin Towers and easy to get to China Town and other places. We caught AEROLINE Bus to Singapore which stops right outside the Hotel. If you want to eat Local Food, go to the Food Court in Isetan inside the KLCC. Excellent food and it only cost us RM15 which is A$5 for the 3 of us, that's cheap as chips. Will stay there again

“not sure”

if not to fussed with bad smell of old room and small bugs in break y area but you like the closeness to towers i recommend .but if you are fussy pay a little extra and stay at the mandarin oriental.the good thing about this hotel is the location to towers and trust me you are paying big bucks for that.
