"The young receptionist/bar person (I didn’t get her name but she is slim with dark hair and a tattoo on her upper body) was extremely accommodating and so helpful. I had a lot of work to do in my room but needed to have a meal. I asked if I could eat my meal in my room, so ordered it and began to wait. She very kindly offered to deliver the meal to my room when it was ready. The meal was delivered 15 minutes later by this lovely young lady and with a smile. Great customer service, thank you so...

"The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. We had a lovely big room with a gorgeous shower. But the stand out element was the food. The evening meal was stunning and delicious and the cooked breakfast was outstanding. An extra plus is that they serve up free canapés every afternoon. They were perfect and really gave us a taster of what the evening meal would be like. And all of the staff were very welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay there again. "Lovely hotel on the seafront and close to all of Aldeburgh's attractions. Would also recommend the Indian restaurant in the hotel which was delicious. The room was clean and spacious but very hot, even with windows open all day. The hotel itself has a lot of stairs and the lift was not working so do let them know if you need an accessible room. Overall would definitely stay again. "

"Close enough to the centre but far enough away, if you know what I mean. Great place to stay, its an old building so it creaks a bit but the staff, drinks and food are excellent. Quiz on a Weds and factory tour (its a micro brewey) 1 Saturday of each month "
