"This hotel is really good for its purpose. It’s a budget no frills hotel that is very clean with decent rooms. The staff are very helpful and all services work. Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby but there is a Tesco superstore. A little noisy with the window open next to the main road but close the window all good. Overall a good budget hotel within £25 Uber ride of London sights. "

"Nice hotel, one breakfast I did manage to get was nice, breakfast times are 9-11 so if you put earlier you can get pre packed breakfast but it’s hit and miss whether u get it. , staff friendly , room nice and very clean , would stop again , parking is £15 a day and only 5 spaces and you have to ring hotel to let u in."

"Liked the free weekend parking , ease of check in although bit later than anticipated ( nothing to do with guesthouse) room was fine, and we were informed by staff re the likelihood of some noise due to a live band performing in the pub, we were aware of exterior noise but it was not overly loud and didnt prevent sleep. Plenty of stairs to navigate as room 11 is on top floor but otherwise a pleasant overnight stop. Suited our purpose as close to Seven Kings station on the Elizabeth Line just 5...

On arrival the hotel demanded £100.00 per room - totalling £200.00, despite the website stating one deposit They also demanded ID from all guests, these could not be given as neither worker had such in their possession, the hotel refused entry and also refused to refund monies paid for booking. we book on average for workers 35 rooms per month and never have we received such diabolical service , Britannia hotels WILL NEVER be used again."

"Stayed one night in a single room with a large single bed which was fantastic. Great room, great shower, and a cracking breakfast in the morning with fantastic service from the lady who had amazing stories about her life and family. "
