"The hotel is located in a basement. It is great if you only want a place to stay and have good breakfast. The staff are friendly. They only provided one small pillow, more like a cushion. The night staff provided me with an extra pillow. the management should look into providing better pillows. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the metro. Will I stay there again? Yes but they need to provide more and better pillows. "

"Everything was fine for me, staff did their best to be helpful. If you’re dead set on luxury- not for you. I’d like to note that as far as I’ve observed, it is unsuitable for children and people with limited mobility due to it being boats with somewhat difficult access and they do disclose on the fire hazards upon arrival. "The stay was really nice, the room was clean and good size for a few days. The shower is located outside the room with a separate key but it’s still private, and the toilet and sink are inside the room (with a door). My only issue with the room would be we book a twin room but ended up with a double bed. The staff were super friendly, the hotel is in such a good spot. The metro is less than a minute walk away, and the bus stop for the airport bus is a ten minute walk. Just a 5 minute walk to the...

"The property is a boat, and that is unique and cool. I had a room with a private bath and shower wich were small but fine. The negative is the location of the boat. There is a very busy street/highway in front of the property and it's not easy to walk to attractions."
