"In fairness it was overnight change over for trains . 5 minutes walk from station and a late evening arrival for us so it was ok . Greeted nicely upon arrival , lift to room , room was ok , tired , bed mattress soft and pillow pods set up .. but we were tired , and slept really well .. so a decent stop over . No real downside . VFM near station … "

Transport links are excellent - right on the airport bus stop and tram stop into the city. Only disappointment was facilities in room - no kettle, had to purchase an adapter at a very high cost, and towels were quite thin. I felt little things added into the room would make a big difference. "

"In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner...

"Need more personal, at afternoon you only have one poor guy attending reception, the restauran, bar, and phone calls. He is Troy ing to his best but is impossible to attend so many things at the same time. "

"We have only stayed one night but, overall was ok for 1 night but the room was old and rusty in the bathroom. Not the cleanest but passable. Quite small ,but again for 1 night cant comaplain too much. Parking is a bonus as it was free parking and free wi fi"

"Being off season no staff were on site, but the sister hotel up the hill enabled room access. Room was well equipped and generous size with views across the lake - though sadly was foggy. Breakfast was also in the sister hotel and had a good choice of hot and cold options freshly prepared."

"The hotel is well located for convenience to the train and bus connections, and to shops. Also, only a ten minute walk across the river is the Old Town, with its steep hills, cobbled stone streets, quaint cafes and historic landmarks. The lake front is also not far. A plus was the included free public transportation pass provided and downloadable on my mobile. My stay was short, so I used it only to go to the airport.
