"rooms don't get maid service on an extended stay , even though the front desk promised a tidy. the walls are paper thin so you hear conversations from both sides. Staff was very friendly. The underground parking is very small and tight parking spaces."

"Great location, nice, but small rooms, very busy with traffic, the street at the front is closed to vehicle traffic. The parking garage is a big hassle involving picking up and returning a key every time you enter or exit. High end shopping and dining at the doorstep. The The waterfront is 3 blocks away."

"The general manager Christy Zheng was amazing ! Her staff are super friendly and really assist in helping guests feel comfortable and welcomed. All the staff were very knowledgable about the tourism industry in Victoria. I would stay here again."
