“Clean, quiet and convenient.”
Very impressed with our accommodations. Friendly, helpful staff with not only a smile but a chuckle also. Our room felt more like home than a busy hotel atmosphere-very quiet with no hall noise whatsoever and we were only a few doors from the elevator. The dining menu is not extensive but what they offer is done to your liking which I think is more important. Location is great, we walked to shopping, coffee shops and harbour, and for driving it is inbetween two major streets making it wasy to get around. We found everything very clean even the parkade. The pool, sauna and hot tub were comfortable and appreciated after a long walk. This time I travelled with my sister but will definitely stay here again and take my husband to enjoy this hotel.
“Modern comfortable clean and close to everything”
Good deal. Satisfied.modern bland decor. But very cimfortable
“I'm happy with the room assigned to me.”
I feel like going back again next weekend.
“fantasitc eh”
fantastic
“All good”
Service, quality and location - all first class. Could use a nicer pool but still fine
“excellent hotel, good price”
Location is great: close to harbour, shopping streets and lots of good restaurants and other attractions in walking distance. The hotel is clean, with large enough rooms, staff is friendly.
“better options”
typical hotel...not sure why they have "harbor" in the name-the only view you get is other buildings. Do not pay extra for the "balcony" room which has a 4 x 4 concrete place to stand outside. Not a bad hotel but misleading in terms of what it offers
“Great location.”
Courteous, helpful employees. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean, great location. We would stay there again.
“Great location close to the water!”
Hotel was as good, if not better, than advertised. All staff were very polite, and quite accommodating. The hotel provided nice little touches (like umbrellas, if you've been to Victoria you'll understand!) and the facilities were all very clean and up to date. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
“Can't wait to go back.”
This hotel is in a great location. Just off the main street, and within easy walking distance to the harbour and other sight seeing places. Although it rains a bit in Victoria, not as much as in Vancouver. You do not need to take an umbrella because the hotel provide them. Hotel is very nice, and we are very picky. Our bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The noise at night is not a problem because the hotel is set back from the main road which runs through Victoria. The room and bathroom were very clean, no bed bugs, I checked! Would definately stay here again.
