  • Bodrum All inclusive holidays

Many of Bodrum's main attractions are local landmarks, and of course its popular beach, and with no entry fee to pay on most of these sites, that makes it perfect for all-inclusive holidays to Bodrum. Use your hotel as a base to stock up on food and drink at no extra cost, and then get out for the day to explore the surrounding area - including the chance to see the remains of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World on your Bodrum holidays.

    Bodrum's Wonder

King Mausolus' Mausoleum is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and one of the few that has left any modern-day evidence behind. Located within easy reach of Bodrum, all that’s left are a few boulders and a rough idea of the physical footprint of the Mausoleum - which gave its name to all modern-day above-ground tombs. You may also have seen parts of the original structure in the British Museum, including painted friezes from its walls, but this is your chance to see where the Mausoleum originally stood towering over the landscape, a monument and burial place for Mausolus and his queen Artemisia.

    Bodrum's beach

The beach at Bodrum is one of the big attractions too, and if you are travelling all-inclusive, you might even find you can get 'sunbed service' and have snacks and drinks brought down to you on the beach. Each hotel along the sea front typically puts out a certain number of loungers, parasols and so on, free of charge, but they make their money back from selling food and beverages to you via a waiter service, often at a premium price. Make sure if beach service is included in your all-inclusive Bodrum holiday price, that you only accept a menu or place an order with a waiter from your own hotel.

What else is included in Bodrum?

Bodrum has a peak summer tourist season, so if you travel at that time of year, you're more likely to find activities, trips and guided tours included with your accommodation and food. Even outside of the peak season, there might be an opportunity to arrange a visit to local attractions like the Mausoleum, or a bus tour up to the ruined windmills that stand high on the hillside over the town, and offer one of the best views back out over the ocean.

Why choose an all-inclusive holiday to Bodrum?

There are many benefits to choosing an all-inclusive holiday to Bodrum but the biggest of all is the peace of mind it provides. Once you arrive in Turkey there is no need to worry about extra costs as your budgeting has already been taken care of. Food, drink, accommodation and many of your excursions will already have been paid for, leaving you free to enjoy every moment of your holiday. There’s so much to discover in this beautiful and historic place and an all-inclusive holiday gives you the chance to explore it to the full.
