hayal kırıklığı...berbat ötesi...

Otelin sadece dış görünüşü,lobi dekorasyonu ve oda kullanımı güzel... onun dışında temizlik olarak odalarda sadece yataklar düzeltiliyor,çarşaflar 6 gece kalmamıza rağmen 1 kere değişti. banyomuzda girdiğimiz günden itibaren koca bir saç yumağı duşun içindeydi!ve 3gün kaldı.biz temizledik... banyo lavabo ve klozet temizliği de yapılmıyor.sadece süpürülüyor herhalde.küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için temizlik açısından çok tedirgin oldum. yemeklerde sadece tavuk ve hindi çıkıyor.çeşit az.balıklar donmuş balıklar çok belli,hiç taze değildi.hiç kırmızı et görmedik.yani steak falan demiyorum, kuşbaşı et dahi görmedik.sürekli salata ve zeytinyağlı yedim. internet hiçbir yerde çekmiyor.internet paketinizi ayarlayın öyle gidin... otel konum olarak açık deniz yönünde kaldığı için sürekli dalgalı bir deniz var,keyifli değil. ama ben burda kalırım yakınında akyarlar tarafında plajlara girerim derseniz minibüsler önünden geçiyor...havuz temizleniyor mu anlamadık,hiç klor tadı ve kokusu yoktu,havuzun büyüklüğü ortalama bir boyutta. bu otel 4 yıldızı nasıl ve ne zaman almış,bilemiyorum.bence zorlasa en fazla 3 yıldız eder bu otel. ayrıca bizim kaldığımız hafta otelde çalışanlardan biri elektrik kaçağından vefat etti,en çok ona üzüldüm. telefonumu şarj ederken dahi çok tedirgin oldum. bence buraya gitmeyin.daha önce 5 yıldızlı otelde de kaldım,pansiyonda da kaldım. gidin pansiyonda kalın.daha temizdir ve daha güvenlidir...
