Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts. Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We will be staying there again.

Amazing staff, very friendly and great hotel and location.

We stay at The Contessa when we are in San Antonio and enjoy the spaciousness, location, ability to bring our dog and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

The amenities were very nice. Enjoyed the live music and restaurant. However the door to room was dirty, light was out, room very dark, only one chair on patio, Just in need of General up keep.

The property was beautiful but my check in was lacking a lot of information; breakfast times, location, available amenities were not explained to me but the staff was nice and professional. The property was beautiful and my room was a great location. The items in the room such as shower steamers being a charge per use was very disappointing for such a distinguished brand as Hyatt! Overall the room was nice & very clean! 10th floor had a decent view, breakfast with a view was nice; too windy for outdoor eating though.

Great stay, will definitely be returning when needing to stay downtown San Antonio
