Room service was terrible, pool was murky & overly chlorinated, children’s activities were poorly planned & guests had to go request details on said activities bc none were set up on time. Reliable transportation to Seaworld, clean property, & friendly staff. Easy check in & check out

Omni La Mansion is the best Riverwalk-DT hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic with unique architecture. The room was very spacious, clean, and the balcony view over the riverwalk was perfect scenery for my morning coffee. Absolutely the best.

Our stay was good. Property was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and nice. Aubrey made our check in smooth. She went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied guest. I would come back just because of the empathy she showed me while checking in. First encounters do have a lasting impact.

The hotel has old and worn furniture, and chairs in the pool have holes in them. Our room have super bad smell to drainage and moist. All the water from the shower was always leaking onto the bathroom floor. They miss one day of our stay for room cleaning.

Good clean sheets and nice cold room

We liked that fact that it was right on the river walk, and the staff was amazing, but the parking for valet was horrible not enough space for parking, the pool area was too small and the breakfast area was beautiful put it was hot, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable.i wouldn't stay there again.
