The room was not cleaned thoroughly and contained a significant amount of dust. Additionally, one of the drawers was defective. However, the management was very helpful and pleasant, making the stay feel quite welcoming.

The building and decorations are beautiful. Staff was really nice. Location is perfect, short walk to river walk. The bed was very comfortable The downfall for me was the cleanliness and functionality of the room we were in.
