The Candado Plaza Hotel was a great location with many amenities for our family.
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We loved the little water slide and being able to use the more adult geared pool and lounge area at the sister hotel across the street.
There is need to put some extra TLC into the facilities but thus wiuld not keep us from returning or recommending.

The pool tile is absolutely horrible and very dangerous when wet!!! tile does not work for an area that will continuously be wet & have people drinking & spilling drinks ..I am very surprised I did not see anyone go down and crack their heads. Way too dangerous!!!!

Old San Juan is conveniently accessible, with Uber being the recommended transportation option for exploring various restaurants and amenities. Overall, the experience was positive.
