Puerto Rico Adults Only Holidays

While the property itself was beautiful, the service culture was not at all warm or welcoming. Staff didn’t say hello, even when my family went out of our way to be friendly and engage with them. With the exception of a small handful (including security staff), staff completely ignored guests when they walked by. Not once did someone see us and ask if we needed anything, let alone ask how we were doing or whether we were enjoying our stay. This was really surprising, considering it’s a luxury resort. We travel for the full experience— and that includes the people and feeling of a place. It felt cold, disconnected, and entirely transactional. If a warmth and connection to people is important to you, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great stay in every way just high but you pay for what you get

Overall a wonderful stay for my family and I. Main pool, cabanas and grounds were top notch. Food was a little expensive but there are options close by to uber to. Loved the location next to the El Yunque rainforest and Luquillo beach and kiosks. The resort felt safe, was quiet, and not too crowded. We never had to wait for chairs at the pool or beach. Beach was also not crowded and was clean and serene. All staff were helpful and very accommodating , even with the smallest inconvenience they always made sure we were taken care of. My boys enjoyed the iguana feeding and hair braiding. Not as many activities as we have had at other resorts. Also would have been nice if they had night entertainment like many other resorts offer. Margaritaville pool needs to be updated and the main pool would be nice if it stayed open later during the week. Our room was updated and beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Would be helpful if room had more space for luggage. Will definitely be back again!
