The Junior Suite and balcony were very spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day, and the cocktail offerings were limited and often seemed watered down. The Privilege check-in experience was disappointing, as it consisted of only a small desk located next to the main reception rather than a dedicated area. There was also no exclusive pool area for Privilege guests, with only one dedicated restaurant available. Additionally, we were never informed—and there was no visible signage—that beach chairs cost an extra €10 per day. Overall, while the accommodations were good, the amenities and service did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, this property is more comparable to a 3-star hotel.

The room was clean and well maintained. My room overlooked the pool area but it was quiet when you closed the doors and windows. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when I arrived quite late from the airport. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and good value for money if you can eat quite a bit. The overall hotel had a lovely pool area as well as a roof terrace with toilets close by. The hotel is close to a supermarket and the local town/beach. I enjoyed my stay.
