Fabulous Staff. Entertainment was excellent. Luca I think the guys name was, he really got the crowd going. Excellent location. Right next to the beach. Food was good.

All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here

Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch.

A very average stay. If you’re after a quiet, by the pool holiday and are fine with average quality accommodation at a cheap price, this is a great hotel choice for you. It’s very remote, the beach is a 20-25 minute walk away and everything we wanted to do was located a €80-€90 round trip away at the port. Our room was fine, but basic. It wasn’t cleaned for two days so we had to request this at reception when we found a cockroach in there. The food choice is good, although the pool bar choices are limited. A fair variety of drinks available throughout the day for the all inclusive drinks which were good and the choice of three pools were decent! Very little/to no entertainment - a lot of the guests said it was a boring place to stay and I agree. I wouldn’t return but if you like dipping in the pool and just reading a book, consider staying. Staff were fairly attentive.

Had a really good time at this hotel, I was able to relax for the few days I was there. I would recommend you book a coach to get to the hotel from the airport as it is a fair distance away (approx 1 hr). The staff were great ans friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great! They had a good variety. The pool side was nice but was full all the time... People hog the sun lounges for the day so it can be quite annoying when all you see are towels on them but no one there. The views from the hotel were really nice. Overall, I would go there there again!

Lovely stay, thought I had booked B&B but it was all Inclusive, so even better value for money. Very quite area but good hotel with lovely staff.

We just get back from our holiday. Few important things to point out - let’s start with good one : - room was clean . -staff in the reception and restaurant was very helpful and polite . - food could be better but you have always something to choose. - great location. Now not so pleasant point: - urgent need of maintenance (missing tiles,leaking water in the lobby,also we have leak in our room too-which was fixed pretty quickly,rubbish outside of the front of the hotel). -people still reserved the lunges by the pool like a crazy with towels ( seriously are we back in the 1990?) truly unacceptable and selfish. -general maintenance in the rooms( floors are up from leaking,many people seen cockroaches in their rooms and in the pool areas…) -entertainment is absolutely rubbish!!! Seriously this is international hotel and people barely can speak English which is the international language. The guy at the pool when he was doing exercises by the pool was sexist (one of the move he pointed out to touch breast)/ unacceptable!!!! Also he is constantly singing while songs are playing which is awful- people want to enjoy holidays not listening to shouting all day on top of that the same gay doing entertainment in the evening -he is absolutely awful- he can’t put one correct sentence in English . He is also very rude- he whistles for anyone especially for women like this is extended of his speech;absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
