Apartment was beautiful and in perfect location. I am only giving 3 star as the lift was not working all week. It was dangerously going up and down the stairs with a pram and baby. Turned into a nightmare. Host didn’t reply to me when I messaged them

Very clean and excellent customer service.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Twice with our children and this time as a couple. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are fantastic, the choice of food in the evening is great and the breakfast is a very pleasant experience on the terrace outside, overlooking the pool. Of course there is the usual number of people reserving sun loungers in the morning but there are plenty for everyone especially if you have other things to do in the day as well as enjoying the pool area., the resort seems quite remote but that is part of it’s charm, you can get a transfer to and from the resort and just enjoy what the area has to offer.

Very good value for money, the suite looks nice and modern, the bed was huge and very comfy. The pool area was lovely as well.

What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Free upgrade. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend

Room was a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Housekeeping arrived daily. The only gripe is that the food, options were very limited. The À la carte restaurant was poor and very overpriced. Breakfast had lots of options. Coffee and tea quality was poor. Not much to do around the hotel, we were lucky we had a hire car and explored the island. The place was quiet, the pool was clean and one was heated.

The entire Hotel from the Front Door to all areas were absolutely spotless. The staff and food complimented this hotel and was one of the best we have stayed in for a long while. The only drawback was the lack of sunbeds and people booking them with towels from 7am...unfortunately this is purely down to space available in the build.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. We had breakfast one day and it was lovely - a good choice to choose from. And the cocktails are great there too. The location is excellent - easy access to all the restaurants and shops and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. I would recommend this hotel - we’ve booked again for next year already 😉

Good central location for us and we enjoyed the well presented breakfast buffet each day. Rooms were clean and spacious but could do with some updating in places.
