Our experience with hotel Kazakistan unfortunately wasn’t very pleasant, staff were rude, we booked two rooms they gave us one renovated and another room was really from soviet era, when we asked to have both renovated rooms they wanted to change us extra $ 279 dollars but failed to explain why.

The lobby is absolutely stunning! The hotel has great room service, spacious rooms, easy to walk to popular locations from, and a very good stay in general. The staff was exemplary.
