I liked the property's location, quietness, breakfast, spa service, reception.

The location is good as close to train station and walkable to central. Near a shopping mall and restaurants and supermarket. Has a direct bus to/from airport. Room is standard nice and I would have rate it better if not for the aircon that dripped water(a lot) unto the bed and hot water is unstable. Breakfast is a small area that is not enough to cater to the hotel occupancy, so sometimes have to stand around and wait for table if you go in the golden hour.

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps.

Strategically located very close to the airport makes an ideal choice if you explore the area or have a layover between flights. Literally 5 minutes from the airport. Fastest check in ever - I had brief layover and contacted the front desk in advance to submit the documents. Super helpful managers at the front desk, arranged the pick up from the airport and the fast check in. The property is absolutely new, modern, really stylish. Beds and pillows up to standards of today, perfect. AC works great, easy to control, quiet, efficient and doesn't blow on your face while you sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well organised. I had a mountain view and recommend, special. Great food, had a club sandwich at night and a proper dinner - great choice of options and quality of produce. Had a dinner at the terrace of the restaurant, beautiful, excellent service too.
