Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted.
Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv.
For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates.

Hot tub and pool experience was excellent, warm heated floor and hotel provides robes for extra comfort. Our kids loved it, I wish for all the price you pay in Banff hotel no matter what star rated should include free breakfast though… But we loved our stay and our family is looking forward for our next visit.
