Far more reasonable than any hotel located in downtown Banff. It’s about a two mile walk but there is a sidewalk leading right to downtown. The condo is small but perfect for two couples. The only reason I gave an overall of 4 instead of 5 is because it was cold when we were there and the door had a very large gap that the cold air came through and the heater did not work properly so it would get cool if we did not constantly mess with the thermostat ##### Lavon Z. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the queen bed could have been a bit better, but overall the condo was nice for a family of four. Resort was nice and close to town. Cozy and family friendly condo. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great, on time, and dropped us off downtown.
