Cala Morell Waterpark Holidays

Cristina and German were great hosts. The property was wonderful. We had a very relaxing visit.

The hotel is nicely situated close to the town which has a lovely beach, a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants which served great food. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis. The quality of the food was good, only issue was the number of staff cooking at the station - the chef was trying to cook at three stations so offer had to wait. The replenishing of food also needs to improve as agin often had to ask for things. Requires more waiting staff in the restaurant as service was slow at times - however all the staff worked incredibly hard. The room was spacious. We had an issue with the first room and asked to be moved. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Given this was the prestige section of the hotel, I would have expected an adults only area. This was not the case - I would recommend the hotel look into this as several people have stated similar on their reviews.

The staff were so warm and helpful, they gave recommendations for local beaches and places to visit and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Particularly Flo and Ethan who made breakfast and dinner all the more enjoyable. The sunset bar was fully booked on our arrival, but we were able to enjoy the sunset from other parts of the hotel. The food was incredible. The breakfast was a highlight. A great base for resting as well as exploring the island. Would recommend!
