Cala Morell Holidays from £497

There’s honestly nothing not to like , for me this is a top place to stay. Travelled with 2 children with SEN and the staff were amazing, so friendly, everyone one. The apartment had everything, was spacious and clean. The whole area so clean and perfectly presented with the pool the main attraction. Would 100% recommend if you want a quiet chilled out family holiday

The hotel is nicely situated close to the town which has a lovely beach, a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants which served great food. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis. The quality of the food was good, only issue was the number of staff cooking at the station - the chef was trying to cook at three stations so offer had to wait. The replenishing of food also needs to improve as agin often had to ask for things. Requires more waiting staff in the restaurant as service was slow at times - however all the staff worked incredibly hard. The room was spacious. We had an issue with the first room and asked to be moved. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Given this was the prestige section of the hotel, I would have expected an adults only area. This was not the case - I would recommend the hotel look into this as several people have stated similar on their reviews.

We were unsure whether to choose this hotel, but were pleasantly suprised and pleased we did. The staff were all fab and clearly well trained. Antonia is such a credit to the business as are Sylvia, Diego and Gemma, all whom were very professional and welcoming. We had booked a junior suite with harbour view which was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony was great and really made us feel relaxed and in the holiday vibe (especially having just travelled down from a full on festival in Cuitadella). The pool area was also very pleasant and a great place to relax after a busy day. As with other areas of the hotel, the pool was also spotlessly clean and there were plenty of loungers and parasols. Breakfast was ample, with everything you needed, be it fruit and cereal, continental or a cooked breakfast. We had evening dinner a couple of nights, which we enjoyed and felt was good value for money. In addition, there was a gentlemen playing Elton John music one evening, who had a great voice and was a very good pianist, so that was also a nice addition. The walk into Mahon was around 10-15 minutes which was perfect for us, but there were also plenty of great options for eating in the harbour below the hotel. All in all a great stay and if we visit lovely Mahon again, we will likely stay again.
