We had a good week at the hotel, especially due to the perfect location near to the lovely beach with a very nice walk over the dunes. Due to the travel time of mid October it was very calm and quiet. We also need to make a compliment to the staff which was gentle and nice all over the time without any exception.
Room for improvements is the cleanliness in a very sandy enironment. Room service was only every second day and even though we swept up the dirt ourselves, the pile was not removed by the staff later on, because they didn´r recognice. We also had problems with the toilet flush which needed a lot time to refill (en issue with 4 people in a room).
The buffet was complient for childs, which enjoyed it every day. For the adults it was a long week with a lot of repetitions and with average quality. Of course you can´t consider someting special in a 3 star hotel, but it could have been better.
All in all we had a good time and the children didn´t care about the weak points mentioned above.

The hotel room was nice. It would have been nice to have some forks and knives, etc. The bird poop on the stairs to our property was not cleaned the whole time we were there, so that was kinda gross. The majority of pool chairs had backs that didn't go up, so the few that did were always claimed. Why would you buy chairs like this? That really bummed us out. The food at the pool bar was great.

This was our second visit and as delighted as the first time - lovely and very clean accommodation, fabulous breakfast and all the team at the hotel are wonderful and super helpful - pools are lovely too, 5 stars all the way.

The property is absolutely beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. We loved the pool area and that it was so quiet!
The breakfast had lots to offer however, the Expedia advert needs updating as it says there is a cafe / deli on site. This may have been available a while ago but isn’t now and instead they have an honesty bar and you need to order a picnic lunch a day in advance. I think the property would benefit from having a cafe or more options for lunch as there is nowhere to go in walking distance.
We did love seeing the chickens and horses who live on the farm.

Great stay
Lovely stay, clean and modern room, good shower. Plenty of choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lots of rooms by pools but think it would be packed in the summer months. Friendly staff.

A lovely hotel with great views over the port area. Modern, clean and tidy and rooms refreshed daily. Staff helpful and spoke very good English, they went out of their way to help booking a taxi etc Great proximity to town ( quick walk)
