First stayed at this hotel in 2015 wh n I was a Resident Host for Saga Holidays. Since then I have stayed several times and have made many friends in local area. Thus stay was a trip down memory lane before the hotel changes management company. Beautiful hotel with views of the port. The staff is friendly & the breakfast is good. Easy & free street parking. Walkable area with port right beneath filled with dining options. Rooms are typical European rooms, rather small. Pool area lacks ambiance. Hotel mostly for older crowd. It felt safe & it was quiet. Overall, a good stay.

"Our first impressions were excellent. An immaculate reception area and good welcome, with early access to our room. The room itself, on the 5th floor, was tired and needing renovation with grimy looking net curtains. One of the wardrobes had a jammed door and disappointingly it took 4 seperate calls ..."
