Vacation Apartment “Villa Payu” with Pool, Wi-Fi, A/C, Balcony, Terrace & Garden

Located in the heart of Ciutadella de Menorca right on the coast, Villa Payu is the ideal accommodation for a fun island getaway. This beautiful villa consists of a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a DVD player and television, a washing machine, and a baby bed and highchair on request.

Your private outdoor area has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Start your days with a lovely breakfast on your balcony. Then head down to your garden and soak up some morning sun in your loungers as you relax beside your pool. In the evenings, you can enjoy a delicious dinner on your terrace prepared on your grill.

Being so centrally located means having everything you need right on your doorstep. You can walk to diverse markets, cafés, bars, and restaurants all in 5 minutes (500 m). The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk (600 m) away. Or walk down to the marina in 10 minutes (750 m) for a leisurely stroll on the promenade. Or jump in your car and arrive at Pont d’en Gil in 10 minutes (5 km) and enjoy the stunning views of the cliffs and the sea.

¡Buenísima opción de alojamiento en Menorca!

Pros: La casa es muy amplia, con un jardín muy cuidado y una piscina fantástica, además de un inmenso porche. La construcción es muy buena. El dormitorio principal es enorme. con armarios más que suficientes y una hermosa terraza. La cocina, muy completa, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos (que no utilizamos, a excepción del microondas). Nuestra estancia fue muy breve (4 días). El entorno, muy tranquilo y la ubicación, estupenda. En todo momento Toni se puso a nuestra disposición, explicándonos muy bien el funcionamiento de la casa y dándonos indicaciones prácticas. Recomiendo este alojamiento. Cons: No me gustaron tres cosas: - Que no se pudiera abrir la claraboya del baño para ventilar. - Que la casa oliera mucho a cerrado y a humedad cuando llegamos. - Que no hubiera en la cocina más que una toalla para todo (manos y cacharros) ni papel de cocina (de hecho tuvimos que comprar servilletas de papel, que allí se quedaron, lógicamente) y que no hubiera ningún elemento básico de cocinar, como sal o azúcar, cuando es lo más frecuente en todas las casas de alquiler en las que hemos estado.
