Beautiful property, beautiful clean rooms. Wasn’t informed of extra charges that were being applied after being told “it’s included.” Would have been nice to know. Wasn’t informed of holding fee of an extra $200 a night for “amenities” until we arrived. When booking it just looked like a $120 fee. The food is not kid friendly or budget friendly. Decided to splurge and order room service one morning and the bacon was nasty and the waffle was raw. Not to mention the guy who delivered it walked right in, not a comfortable situation. Overall a nice place, but did have some down falls.

A very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Naples. Clean modern rooms, attentive staff and a sunny pool deck. Naples’ best dining steps from your door.

Loved the property, the condos are really nice. House keeping does an amazing job in maintaining the rooms. We used the pool, we used the beach chairs and towels. Everything worked out perfectly for us a family of 6.

It’s a beautiful hotel!

Not as great as it used to be. Close to some shopping and restaurants. New pool area is very cool. Maintenance issues with the bathroom at 6am (very loud noises coming from toilet). Needed the pull out couch in the suit set up and to call multiple times to get it done. Staff were not very knowledgeable, but very friendly! I would stay again

The service was spectacular and the facilities, activities, and dining were first-rate.

Wonderful location! Beautiful pool and the room was great and very clean.

Todo excelente lo único que ya q las 9 pm no hay nada que hacer y a las 11 tocaron mi puerta para que no haga ruido ya que estábamos conversando en familia

Awesome place to stay staff super friendly, definitely could of stayed a few more days.
