"the property is very private and felt like we owned the beach. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to know there were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas on property. Also mgmt company couldn't say if a keurig was on site, it was. I get they can break, etc.big issue was pool wasn't heating. Reported Sunday and fixed on Wednesday after I followed up four times with texts. We could finally use it on Thursday. They really wanted to be five star and most things were but must do better with the pool to rate five star in my opinion. "Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. The water sports employee that helped us when we finally found the area was AWESOME though- super nice and friendly and helpful and knowledge. I grew up going to Sanibel/Captiva so I’ve been a lot in 47 years. They are doing great at rebuilding on the islands, but South Seas needs some better management and still has a ways to go before construction will be complete. "

"The icemaker’s were inoperable and very dirty. The pool was dirty, and the fountain outside by the pool was inoperable and very, very dirty. We were required to keep the thermostat at 72 and the third floor was extremely warm. Everything else was really nice, a beautiful home."

The location to the beach is ideal and the property offers everything you need for a week in the sand. Larry was easy to work with which always makes a VRBO a great experience."

"It was nice but I would not call this a studio it is a bedroom and bathroom. In the closet is a mini fridge and microwave but this is not by any means a studio it is a small bedroom that’s it. I have stayed at studios before so I wasn’t expecting a lot but I was very disappointed it was very very small."
