"My kids and I just got home from a spring break trip to South Seas. At first, I was a bit frustrated as I had asked for a crib/pack and play a week prior and I had to chase one down. Additionally, the floors of our condo weren't clean and no one addressed it. However, the hospitality and amenities otherwise were incredible. I felt comfortable being there with my kids and they had a blast. Our room overlooked the bay, which provided beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had plentiful space and there was so much to do. My daughter never got tired of the pools, beach, and restaurants. I would stay here again! "

"It is a great place for a get away vacation. The locations is close to outside restaurants. The pool water was warm in late March. The fitness center has dumbbells plus other items. You can catch whiting in the ocean. The best time to fish is 1 1/2 hours before sunset. There is a fish cleaning station that you can use by their marina on the bay side. The rooms come with a refrigerator that does not have a freezer. However, you can drop off items that need to be frozen at the office, and they will be placed in a freezer. The rooms do not come with a microwave oven; however, they will provide you with one for $15 per day. The tennis and pickleball courts are on top of a parking garage. There are low nets around the perimeter of the courts. There is no elevator. There are three floors of rooms. The beds are firm, and the pillows are great. I slept very well. The rooms are very quiet. The air conditioner/heater is controlled by a remote control. There are nice items in the Pelican Roost Boutique, and you can get a !0% military discount there."

"The icemaker’s were inoperable and very dirty. The pool was dirty, and the fountain outside by the pool was inoperable and very, very dirty. We were required to keep the thermostat at 72 and the third floor was extremely warm. Everything else was really nice, a beautiful home."

"It was nice but I would not call this a studio it is a bedroom and bathroom. In the closet is a mini fridge and microwave but this is not by any means a studio it is a small bedroom that’s it. I have stayed at studios before so I wasn’t expecting a lot but I was very disappointed it was very very small."
