Fantastic, overall. Convenient location; fantastic room (even if a bit of a walk). Our only complaints are relatively minor. There was an issue with the heating in the pool while we were there, which did put a bit of a damper on that side of things. Perhaps a small discount would have been appropriate in that circumstance. The other was that we felt pressured to commit to buying the breakfast when checking in in order to receive the discount. Ultimately, this meant that there were 2 days we would have ended up getting breakfast at the hotel but did not due to the higher price. Oh well. Apart from that, top notch.

Had a nice stay with family, easy to make changes to bookings. Only fault was observing a waiter carrying burgers on a tray outside, they were not covered! Health and safety loads of flies about, breakfast good, plenty of choice. The young waitress had excellent customer service.

Our room was very clean, new and fresh. The bar and reception staff were very helpful.

The only thing that retracts this from being a 5 star experience overall, was having a noisy group of girls next door who kept me up late & then woke me up early. The shower was also a handheld style shower head with minimal power, so not the best for washing long hair. So as comfortable and great as the room was, the walls are thin. However, I would stay again, accompanied by ear plugs.

Liked the leisure centre with pool, hot tub and steam room / sauna. Nice rooms. Views of the loch were amazing and breakfast was outstanding:) we even played golf at the Wee Demon the clubs were a bit heavy for a woman especially the driver and 3 wood. But the irons worked well so we mostly used those:) the layout if the hotel rooms was a bit hard but better once I learned how to navigate to my room.

Too good! Communicated time to time even before check in and made everything super easy. The studio is cute and has everything you need. Thank you for arranging everything and making the stay smooth. The common space is nice too.
