Room was clean, staff were courteous. It would be nice if there was a self park option.

We were moved from one room to another due to a very loud wedding or party next door. Both rooms needed maintenance -night bulbs out, drains stopped up. The room was generally clean just worn. Sad to see such an iconic hotel this way! The courteous staff, lush vegetation and experiential cabana rooms will entice us to return again.

We stayed at Level One Hotel for my birthday, and it was a good experience overall. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in/check-out were smooth. It was a nice, stress-free stay and a great way to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a solid stay in LA.

Clean, the staff was super friendly and they give you $15 to use at their restaurant or refreshments area. It’s a 10 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd around the Jimmy Kimmel Live studio. I would recommend staying here. Price was good for the service and location

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

It was a very nice room, spacious, comfortable beds, good shower, everything we needed, good breakfast.

We had doctor appointments early at UCLA and decided to spend the night at W. The folks were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired. We had a room that was updated to a junior suite. The snacks and wet bar was good. The bathroom products can not be better. Davines from Italy. The bed was comfy too. The real problem is the air quality... The HVAC system is very tired. There are two zones. I used clorex wipes to clean the intake and outtake vents. I had to use several sheets. And they still need a lot of work. The windows have wooden shutters. They are very dusty too... Overall the W worked out for our trip. But I'm not sure we can stay there. With my wife's asthma and my allergies was quite a challenge... This was hard to write because the staff was so nice🙏🙏🙏 All the best Burton

Honestly it’s a neat hotel very nice and tidy the only con I would say is the rooms are small but decorated very nicely and modern and beachfront so it’s perfect for beach lovers like me. Also very friendly and professional staff. Would stay again
