Location, location location. That’s so great about this hotel. It’s a bit long in the tooth in terms of decor, and they charge a lot for parking but overall it’s a good place to stay.

The location is nice, hotel is big but outdated. Our room wasn’t ready in time and then when we got it, it wasn’t totally clean. The hotel did address it quickly and gave us a reasonable room credit to compensate. The Watertable restaurant looked promising but was overrated and the kids Mac and Cheese meal was literally out of a Kraft Box. Steak was decent but that’s it. Pools were fun for the kids but the pool chairs were rarely cleaned up after guests departed. Overall a subpar Hyatt Regency 4 star, compared to others I’ve stayed at.

"Horrible. I’ve been to a few La Quinta locations, but none this bad. Unclean rooms, roaches, homeless people sleeping in the walking path a foot away from the room doors, solicitation of drugs by homeless people, and poop on the property; hopefully just dogs"

"My son enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub, but it could have been a little cleaner. There were used towel laying around pool area. The room was decent overall for a one night stay for the price can't really complain too much."
