LAX Area Cheap Holidays

Sushi restaurant was amazing!!!! Extra Resort fee of $25 and $25 self park/$70 valet was obsurd for an airport hotel with no resort amenities. Rooms were updated and quiet.

Front desk was helpful. My room clothes steamer was not working properly and was replaced by traditional iron and ironing board to get wrinkles off suit jacket.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Good sized room and appreciated a sitting chair and table for coffee. Wish the desk had a plug on the desk as opposed to below.

The hotel itself was excellent, clean, comfortable. The rooms were great, amenities top-notch, and my stay overall was really enjoyable. However, the check-in experience was horrible. There was a massive line that took me almost 45 minutes, and nobody informed me that it was specifically for guests with flight cancellation vouchers. There were supposed to be two separate lines, and if staff had just communicated this, it would have saved a lot of frustration. I hope the hotel improves this communication at check-in, because the property and service inside are fantastic
