"The check in time is at 4 which is too late...called in to try to get an earlier check in...even an hour and the guy said "There are several people waiting in the lobby, you can come in and sit and wait". "The place was lovely but the service could have been better. We had a clogged toilet for our entire trip. I asked for it to be fixed and never happened. Also, asked for help with our bags when leaving and that never happened either."
