I’m currently staying at the Amarina Jannah, and with my vacation coming to an end soon, I couldn’t leave without sharing how grateful I am for this experience. 1- lifeguards who were Always alert, always attentive and even when some guests pushed the limits in the deep water, you stayed calm, professional, and focused on everyone’s safety. 2- all they day it doesn't matter where we were in the resort I always found someone smiling and asking if they could help. and check to make sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need. 3- The food experience was excellent and matches all tastes. The three specialty restaurants — Oriental, Italian, and Indian were absolutely lovely. I enjoyed every meal. 4- The sunbeds were one of my personal favourites. The built-in sun shades were perfect 5- Check-in was faster than expected, our room was prepared perfectly every day, and there were food and snacks available almost all day long. Plus, every day came with a new festival on the beach 6- And finally, it’s the small details that make this place feels like home. The beautiful selection of paintings, the genuine hospitality from every staff member, and the way everyone works together as one family. Even the terrace with its beautiful view became my favourite spot for morning coffee. I hope I didn't miss any thing I would definitely come back without a second thought, i didn't leave yet and i am already planning for my next one and I truly hope it always exceeds the already

We really enjoyed our stay at Jaz Neo Reef, absolutely wonderful, very relaxing and heavenly atmosphere around. Everything was amazing, the room, the staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and special thanks to reception team for the express check in, and to Mr. Shehab who did his best to accommodate us in our preferred room.

One of the Best Hospitality Experiences Ever Our stay at Amarina Hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Guest Relations Mr. Rahim followed up with us from the first day of booking, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, and we were generously upgraded to a room with pool and sea view — thanks to Mariam at reception. The aqua park is perfect for kids and adults and is heated, which is a big advantage. The main pool is also heated and spacious. The beach is clean, sandy, and well maintained. Pool bar service was excellent — thank you Khaled. Room service was very good, and the creative bed decorations were a lovely surprise for the kids. Food variety is outstanding, with different cuisines offered daily. The Italian restaurant was amazing, the Indian restaurant was good, and the Asian restaurant was okay. Special thanks to Executive Chef Ahmed for his extra care, including a lunch bag on our travel day and a fruit basket. Appreciation also to Moustafa, Moataz, and Ahmed for their friendliness and great service in the restaurants. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional with zero issues during our stay. This will definitely not be our last visit. Special thanks again to Mr. Rahim for making our vacation unforgettable.

Food was good with a wide variety , the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful always , room and house keeping was always on time and my sincere greetings to reception man Mohamed Radi who welcomingly hosted us during our stay. My only negative point that the AC was working only on fan mode in winter although it was so hot for us inside the room
