The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Chinatown, the wharf, cable car rides, and Union Square. Note that the shower floor is extremely slippery. The hotel doesn't have bath mats. Also housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. More staff should be hired when expecting a lot of guests. Check in was very slow.

the credit card machine was not working properly at checkin- instead of trying to resolve it the host was acting like it was my cards that were not working.

The hotel has the best location and it’s pretty! The only downside was the personnel at the front desk. Two ladies were quite rude. Other than that our stay was amazing

Property was in a good location; far enough from the hustle and sounds of the city but close enough to parks and restaurants. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. All in all a good experience and we would stay here again if we needed a room in the area.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was really nice. While it was not impossible, it was tough to find a spot for parking. Parking may have been filled due to pride month. other than that, it was nice, clean, friendly staff, and we would definitely stay again.

It was a small but clean room. The pool is very small, it only goes up to 4 ft, good for young children.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast in the morning made up for anything that was lacking. There was a great variety of food, fresh fruit & good coffee, included in the cost of the hotel.
The location is great-not far from the freeway & in between San Jose, Los Gatos & just about a half an hour drive to Santa Cruz. Over all, it was a nice place to stay & I would stay there again.
