GR Solaris is awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice all inclusive hotel resort.

The GR Solaris Caribe and Royal Solaris both had a team of staff that treated us like family! We felt the genuine warmth in their customer service. Both resorts were clean and enjoyable, and attention to detail was outstanding. Mariam and Kenia, from guest services, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, as did Darwin and Lilian during our dining experiences. We felt like we were leaving behind family when we left.

This property has many great things. The food was fantastic, probably the best quality food I have had at an all inclusive and I have been to 30+. The pools bars had great food and options, the pizza place was fantastic, the 2 reservation restaurants were great. the rooms were awesome. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was so nice for out family of 5. Pools were great, very clean. I liked the size of the resort, very walkable. Not crowded ever at the pool or anywhere. The things that I didn't love, the reservation system for dinners. You had to call every morning at 8:00 to get a reservation for that night which means I had to get up at 8:00 every day which wasn't super fun on vacation. But the worst part was when you called at 8:00, they only had reservations available for 5pm or 9pm. We did get reservation for a couple of night and when we went the restaurant was 1/2 full. Very annoying and dysfunctional reservation policy. But like I said the food was very good at the other restaurants but would have been nice to have dinner at normal times. They other thing that I didn't like was they alcohol policy. No alcohol served before 11 am and no alcohol served after 11 pm. Anywhere. And room service was very stingy on alcohol as well. I have never been to an all inclusive that didn't have late night options. There was very little "night life". The shows were hit or miss, there is no club or anywhere really to do anything at night other than the lobby bar which had live music at 8pm

The experience was truly amazing and one to remember for all times. The beach the ocean the views the room and food were all exceptional. However, the best part about our stay were the people. I can’t say enough about the hospitality and how hard they are working. Early in the morning before most people wake up they making every preparation to ensure guests have the most enjoyable experience. I saw how hard they work and it made me appreciate my time there even more with the person I love. From Carlos, Victor, Pita and Ricardo sweating on the beach every day to ensure we have a great time. Alfredo, Anna Pau, Karina in reception were so very helpful and always willing to assist me in making my wife’s birthday surprises amazing. Our favorite restaraunt Dommo and the staff Efrain and team were exceptional in helping us enjoy breakfast and birthday celebrations with smiles and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!
